Your systems disagree.
Your numbers shouldn’t.
Growing brands run the business on a dozen systems that never agree. We build the single source of truth that makes them agree — and keep it true, month after month.
Fixed-price audit, roadmap yours to keep — even if you never hire us · your data stays in your own cloud.
Built to fit your stack — not the other way around.
Commerce, fulfillment, finance, and customer systems, unified into one structure — whatever you happen to run.
Every system tells a different version of the truth.
Your storefront reports one revenue number. Your warehouse says you shipped something else. Your finance system says a third. Every month, someone senior stitches it together by hand — and still nobody fully trusts the result.
The month-end close eats days
Reconciling channels, refunds, and inventory by hand, every single month.
Margin is a fishing trip
“What’s my real margin by channel?” becomes an afternoon across five spreadsheets.
Inventory truth breaks
Your storefront and your 3PL drift apart as you scale — and oversells follow.
You’re the data pipeline
The most expensive person in the building is the one merging CSVs.
Not sure how much this is costing you?
Answer five questions and get your Data Truth Score — with the specific gaps most likely leaking money in your business.
Decisions made on numbers you don’t trust are the most expensive kind.
Wrong inventory buys. Budget chasing a channel that isn’t really profitable. A board deck built the night before, from figures that don’t tie out. And a senior operator burning three to five days every month stitching numbers together is a five-figure line item a year — before a single bad decision. The tools aren’t the problem; the fact that none of them agree is.We become the data team your brand doesn’t have.
One trusted source of truth, structured on the systems you already run — your commerce platform at the core, plus fulfillment, finance, and customer tools, all reconciled into numbers that finally agree.
Diagnose
The Data Truth Audit. We map every source, report, and KPI you rely on and show you exactly where the truth breaks today — with a clear roadmap to fix it. Yours to keep, whether we build it or not.
Build
We stand up your data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it, reconcile the conflicts, and rebuild the reports your team actually uses — one set of numbers everyone trusts.
Operate
We keep it true: monitoring, month-end support, and new reports as you grow. Your fractional data team on a monthly retainer — so it never rots back into spreadsheets.

Here’s the kind of thing a Data Truth Audit surfaces — the exact discrepancies, root causes, and fixes. Built on synthetic data, so you can judge the method before you ever share a number.
| Metric | What the systems say | Gap | Root cause & fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Net revenue March | Commerce $4.51M · Finance $4.33M | Δ $180K | Refunds posted to a different period. Fix: map refund timing in the finance sync. |
| Gross margin | Reported 42.0% · Actual 38.6% | Δ 3.4 pts | Landed freight & duty not in COGS. Fix: fold landed cost into the margin model. |
| On-hand units SKU-2481 | Storefront 1,240 · 3PL 1,090 | Δ 150 | Unshipped transfers counted as available. Fix: reconcile in-transit before publishing available-to-sell. |

You recruit no one
Our team runs your entire data function for you — the pipelines, a reconciled warehouse, an automated month-end close — built and maintained the way an in-house data team would, without you hiring, managing, or training anyone. Senior people who own your numbers and speak margin and inventory, not just SQL.
Live in ~90 days
A dedicated team following a method we’ve run many times gets you a working source of truth in about 90 days — not the year a from-scratch, in-house BI project takes. You see value from the first audit, long before the build is done.
We own the outcome
Not a pipeline handed over and abandoned. On retainer, accountable for one thing: your numbers are true, and they stay true.
One place where every number is true.
- One dashboard everyone trusts
No more “which report is right?” - A month-end close in days, not weeks
Channels, refunds, and COGS reconciled automatically. - True margin by channel and product
The number, not a spreadsheet fishing trip. - Inventory that reconciles
Your storefront and your 3PL finally tell the same story.
Start with a Data Truth Audit.
Fixed scope, fixed price, about three weeks. We map where your numbers break today and hand you a roadmap to fix it.
- A map of every source system and exactly where they diverge.
- A reconciled “true” number for last month you can verify.
- A fixed-price build quote — yours to keep, whether we build it or not.
The audit is paid and independent — no obligation to hire us for the build. If it doesn’t surface at least three material discrepancies in how your systems report revenue, margin, or inventory — with a roadmap you can hand to anyone — you don’t pay.

The things operators ask.
What exactly is the Data Truth Audit?
A fixed-price, two-to-three-week engagement. We map every system, report, and KPI you rely on, reconcile your top KPIs, and show you exactly where your numbers break today — with a prioritized roadmap to fix it. You keep the report whether or not you hire us to build.
Do we have to replace our tools?
No. We build on the systems you already run. Your storefront stays your storefront, your 3PL stays your warehouse, your finance system stays your books — we unify what they report into one trusted layer on top. No migration, no rip-and-replace.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Everything runs in your own cloud under a signed data-processing agreement, with least-privilege, zero-retention access — and you can revoke it at any time. We treat your P&L and customer data with the same rigor as your finance system.
Who do we actually work with?
A dedicated senior team that owns your account and your numbers end to end — no revolving juniors, no hand-offs to people who don’t know your business. You have a direct line to the people doing the work.
How fast is this, really?
The audit takes about two to three weeks. A full source of truth is typically live in around 90 days, depending on how many systems you run and how tangled they are. You see value from the audit long before the build is done.
We don’t have a data team. Is that a problem?
That’s exactly who this is for. You don’t hire, manage, or train anyone — we are the data team, embedded and accountable for the outcome, for a fraction of the cost of building one in-house.
Does this replace our accountant or finance team?
No. We don’t do your accounting — we make the numbers your finance team already produces agree across every system, so month-end close is faster and everyone trusts the result. We work alongside them, not instead of them.
What happens after the audit — are we locked in?
No lock-in. The audit stands on its own and the roadmap is yours to keep. If you move to the build, the ongoing service is a month-to-month retainer you can pause or stop anytime — we earn it by keeping your numbers true.
How is this different from an agency or a BI consultant?
Agencies ship a dashboard and move on; consultants hand you a deck. We build your source of truth and then operate it — on the hook for the numbers staying true month after month, not just for a one-time deliverable.
What does it cost?
The audit is a fixed price we agree up front — typically less than one month of a senior data hire. The build and the ongoing retainer are scoped to your specific systems after the audit, so you know the number before you commit to anything. Start small, expand only if the audit earns it.
